There are hundreds of ways to explore nature in Costa Rica and each one takes your adrenaline to the next level. Adventurous visitors can bungee jump off a bridge, fly over the ocean, hike fiery craters, scuba dive with sharks, kayak through fierce currents and meet wild felines face-to-face. However, if peace and quiet is what you're after, walks through the rainforest, bird watching tours, glass-bottom boat rides, tropical retreats and luxurious spas will suit your needs.

An overly generous Mother Nature blessed the country with wildlife diversity that can't be found anywhere else in the world, but we're more than happy to share our gifts with visitors. The ecological magnificence stretches from the Caribbean Sea to the Pacific Ocean and can all be enjoyed in a matter of days thanks to the well-developed tourism infrastructure and efficient transportation system.
