About Rosewood
The Rosewood or Cocobolo is a tropical hardwood from Central America. This is typically orange or reddish-brown in color, often with a figuring of darker irregular traces weaving through the wood. The sapwood (not often used) is a creamy yellow, with a sharp boundary with the heartwood.
About Fustic
The Fustic or Mora is distributed throughout tropical America and Central America. This fresh heartwood is bright yellow, drying to golden yellow, changing upon exposure to brown.
Measurements: 7.5 x 7.5 x 10 inches
